Re: SKRM in UK, EU ?
Hi Mick, there are no EU SKRM distributors. We are considering ending the modules as most users have moved to using the FV-1 directly. If you have a specific need email me directly and we can see what we can work out.

Re: Input amplitude
This is always a tricky question because if you amp it too high it could overdrive any following pedals. If you choose to add an amp stage make it adjustable so the user can change it, and keep in mind transients as a user hitting the string really hard could produce a signal far larger than the nor...

Re: 3.3V output
It is just a little LDO on the board and we do not spec the SKRM to provide current to any additional circuitry but I would estimate you could draw a few hundred mA from it so if we estimate it is a 500mA LDO, the FV-1 draws about 70 and you need some for the POTs which will depend on the pot value ...

Re: SKRM-C8-R02: Oscillation at 280Hz
UPDATE: Been working through the support email, appears the tone is being generated elsewhere in the circuit as it is on the 5V line used to power the module and exists even when module is removed.

Re: SKRM-C8-R02: Oscillation at 280Hz
We’ve never seen this before, it could be something in your circuit or it could be something went bad in the module after QC. Do you have a second R02 to swap into the circuit? Could you send your schematic to our support address so we can take a look?

Remote toggle switch
A few keyboard users have asked if they can make a remote toggle switch to use with the pedal. Yes you can and it is rather simple: 1. A double-pole/double-throw (DPDT) center off toggle switch. I used a Radio Shack 275-0653 heavy duty toggle switch here. $4.49 at the local one. 2. Panel mount 1/4&q...
