Package drawing + footprint recommendation needed

I am trying to add the FXCORE to the database of Eurocircuits so they can assemble it on a PCB for me (and other customers).

I need to provide them with:
- a footprint recommendation
- the pitch (0.5mm I know)
- the mechanical dimensions

Can you provide this information please?

I thought we put this in the datasheet but it looks like we missed it.

It is 64-pin 10x10mm body, 0.5mm pitch.

It is the JEDEC standard TQFP 64-pin 10x10 body 0.5mm pitch so use the JEDEC footprint and dimensions. We used the JEDEC standard package so people could use the verified footprint in their tools rather than risking us or them making a typo in the dimensions.

I am not familiar with Eurocircuits so I took a quick look but did not see any database of parts. I would guess they have a verified JEDEC 64 TQFP 10x10 in their database already.

Good news!
Eurocircuits have added the FXCORE to their part library meaning we can now send them a pcb design including the FXCORE chip and the assemble it nicely!

Their part code is: Custom_FXCore_TQFP64

They can not source the part yet but they accept that customers send them parts for assembly (works great)
